Worcester City Council
Alysium Consulting were appointed by Worcester City Council to support an ambitious programme to bring services closer to its customers, communities and stakeholders and support effective service delivery.
The Council recognised that ICT services are key enablers to support this transformation and wanted to develop an ICT Strategy that ensured it had the most effective method of delivering its ICT Service, with the overall aim of supporting operational improvements across the council, improving services, and increasing efficiency. Following a review and options appraisal of the three Council shared service model, Alysium worked with the Council to develop a business and customer aligned ICT and Digital strategy.
Following the delivery of this initial assignment, Alysium has continued to work with the Council to plan the implementation of new business tools to underpin the delivery of the ambitious strategy.
