What we did

Alysium was appointed by West Lindsey District Council to develop an ICT and Digital Strategy to support the Council’s customer-centric digital transformation programme; designed to modernise the way WLDC delivers services to their customers. The strategy Alysium proposed set out a blueprint for the ICT environment to support Omni-channel customer contact, digitalisation and automation of processes. It also included a prioritised implementation roadmap with recommendations on the procurement strategy and deployment of ICT infrastructure, business applications and digital solutions. Following the agreement of the Strategy and model of application delivery, Alysium continued to support West Lindsey to undertake a soft market test exercise and procurement exercise for a corporate CRM and ERP solution which will underpin a fundamental change to the delivery of Council services over the next ten years.
